NOIZE®
Terms of Engagement

How we work together.

Draft for NOIZE review. Replace this page with your reviewed terms before sending proposals to clients. Signing on the proposal page records the client's typed name, the exact time and the plan they agreed to.

1. The engagement

These terms apply to the package named in your proposal (the Infin8 Growth Strategy, the Brand DNA Package, the all-inclusive package, or the Franchise Exit Package). The proposal, these terms and any written scope agreed with your strategist form the whole agreement.

2. Signing and payment

You sign by typing your full name on the proposal page and confirming you agree to these terms. The strategy stage is paid in full, up front, by card through Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice and receipt are emailed to you after payment.

3. Your meeting date

Payment confirms the Strategy Meeting or Kickoff Meeting date shown at checkout. If you need to move it, tell us as early as you can and we will offer the next available slot. We may need to move a date in exceptional circumstances and will always offer alternatives.

4. Deliverables and feedback

Deliverables are those listed for your package in the proposal. We present them to you, you have seven days to provide feedback, and one round of changes is included. Further rounds or additions to scope are quoted separately before any work starts.

5. What we need from you

Timely access to the people, information and existing materials the work depends on. Timelines assume you respond within the feedback window; delays on your side move the timeline accordingly.

6. Ownership

On payment in full, you own the final deliverables created for you, including brand names, logos and messaging we develop. We keep ownership of our methods, frameworks (including Infin8) and working files, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the Strategy Meeting for a full refund less any third-party costs already incurred. After the meeting has taken place, fees are non-refundable because the work is under way.

8. Liability

We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the package concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

We use your details to deliver the engagement and keep you informed about it. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our systems.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
